I lost my holiday because of living care did not send me our 72 hr covid test to travel ,I had an email saying it was on it's way, 6days later still not received the test ,I emailed them the day before but no reply and then again the day we had to post back ,I am seeking legal advice regarding compensation , this company is not fit for purpose ,so anyone bookings a Jet2holiday don't book this test the star rating should be minus 5.
