When i called to inquire about the Level 3 electrical installation i was told by member of the staff call Cheema that course will run definitely 100% surety was given. i even remind them in current circumstances where changes occurring very frequently due to new lockdown rules you are sure Tradeskills4u will run this course Cheema said course will go ahead. Taking Initial payment same day 950 to book my place. After 2 weeks of booking course I have received and email from Tradeskills4u that we are cancelling your booking we are not running the Level 3 due to lockdown and all bulls***** reasons, called in to speak to staff in customer care, staff is very argumentative not Helpful No customer service skills, after speaking to Manager promised will refund 950, its been a week no refund have received. called in again for refund advised it take 28 days to get refund. People beware of Tradeskills4u Not professional At all, i hope i don't get scammed by trade skills 4u and receive my refund in 28days.it would be nice if I receive call back from Tadesskills4u to resolve this issue immediately, I will be updating here regarding their response.
