I have requested a refund of which I was promised would take 28 days to process. 28 days is already overly long timescale, however 7 weeks have now passed and I still haven't received a refund.

I can not praise the staff at the Harrogate road clinic enough, they’re all extremely friendly and approachable and can not do enough to help you with anything, very professional and welcoming and their knowledge is impeccable absolutely earned the 5 star rating I’d give them 10 if I could. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone wanting a friendly, welcoming, professional and non judgmental approach to all your surgical and non surgical needs. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The manager Roxanne is a credit to the clinic she goes above and beyond and stops at nothing to make sure your happy
I highly recommend these people. They are all so professional and go out of their way to help you. Had surgery at The Pines in Manchester and the staff there were absolutely outstanding. I'm am really pleased with my results so far. Lisa Harrison at their Leeds clinic is a credit to the company
I was very happy with my experience at transform , the staff are so friendly and welcoming on arrival. I was booked in for lip fillers with elena and the procedure was very professional and thoroughly explained before which made me feel as ease I will 100% be returning and will always use transform for any procedure
I would highly recommend Transform Leeds to anyone. I had my surgery at the Pines in Manchester. Lisa and Jodie were my patient co-ordinators and they were both brilliant throughout. They were always on hand to answer any questions, attentive and they both have a lot of knowledge. Overall I would highly recommend Transform, the staff are great and I’m very happy with my results.
