I ordered a Zoe back in July and was told that it was in stock. At the end of July I received details including reg plate and told that I should expect a call within about a week arranging delivery. 5 weeks on and still no show. I've had to chase ZENAUTO numerous times, and opened a complaint due to their ignoring of emails. Countless times I have been told that they would call me back the next day - never happe ned. I am a keyworker and currently having to shell out on a hire car as ZENAUTO have failed to do what they promise. Icing on the cake is the advisor I spoke to today tried to defend their incompetence by talking about the number of orders and lack of staff. When challenged about why I've been told I'd receive a callback and never have, his excuse was that they're busy (he also mentioned about the hundreds of other customers/keyworkers - much of a guilt trip!) I don't expect special treatment but I do expect ZENAUTO to stick to their word when it is given. Go with another lease company if you can as ZENAUTO will just cause you a headache. ZENAUTO - you have my details. Get in touch if you want to sort this.
