They do not reply to emails, waiting for a phone call, said it would be two weeks, going into 5 weeks now and three emails later.....nothing!

Near on none existent customer service. Leased a vehicle for 4 years through this company, every tyre replacement was questioned, not very easy to do business with, communication was rubbish. Even garages would sigh when I said the vehicle was managed by Zenith. To top this off I excercised my right to purchase the vehicle as I’d not covered as many miles as expected, paid nearly 10,000 by bank transfer, rang to confirm payment and was told it had been received then 2 hours later received another call stating it hadn’t been received??? Panic over after another 5 calls and 2 emails to say whoops, we had it all along. Now I’m more than a week later and they’ve not sent any paperwork out or even a receipt for the money. I’ve requested a full refund and collection of the car. Avoid at all costs, I will in the future.
