Zero customer service. Do not reply to emails. At one stage, only response was to send a couple of rude, arrogant and disrespectful fitters. I used to recommend their product. Now I say avoid like the plague. Perhaps we should all go the Grand Design show and make our thoughts known to Legacy and their potential customers.

We have just had 3 sets of New Wave bi fold doors fitted a couple of weeks ago and can say that we are happy with them to this point ( 2 weeks on!) . The doors are very good , they were fitted in less than 2 days ( bearing in mind we had 3 sets , 13 units) and they move on their runners the same as demonstrated on the You Tube video , so all in all we are very pleased and can highly recommend the doors and the company.

I met this company at the NEC advertising "new wave doors". They were quick to take my deposit for what appeared to be a good product. I paid the rest of the money 8k the day before fitting, they cancelled on the day of fitting and I am still waiting for the doors to be fitted! They don't return emails or phone calls. I will change my review when I get my doors fitted.

I wish I had never heard of Legacy Windows. 6 months of stress, poor communication and let downs. Ordered doors fine, took my money fine, but then when it came to installation it all went wrong. Fitters didn't turn up in agreed date, no call or email or even apology from legacy. I had to call and chase all the time, installation scheduler is the rudest lady I have ever had to deal with. Owner/MD is just as bad, when doors were finally installed after arriving without frame and two more cancelled visits they were awful. Chipped, scratched, bits missing, wonky and didn't open properly. More emails ensued when legacy where arguing it was the fitters problem not theirs! I must have contacted them over 100 times, but finally got new doors which are now fine. The worst communication from a team I have had to deal with, with a rude and sarcastic scheduler. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, TRULY AWFUL

We recently had the new wave Legacy windows fitted in place of the old patio doors. They truly are amazing and at last we can eat indoors but feel we are in the garden. From sales, through fitting to customer service we experienced nothing but a professional service by people who care. Thank you.

As soon as i paid a full amount up front, Legacy Windows lost their interest in this transaction. Delayed installation by couple of months, installed scratched frame. They eventually replace part of frame but it took long time again. Manager is a proper b...h, patronising and unhelpful! Frame isn't perfect and have a lot of area when parts isn't connected properly, so expect draft and insects coming into the house in autumn. I'm going to submit pictures and my complain to the Grand Design show, this is were i was mislead by their salesman. Also, if you have a step on to terrace our outdoor area, those doors won't slide at all, you will have to force it. Legacy Window / NewWave doors won't tell you this in advance.
