Overall 360 is a great place to go, before covid we really enjoyed visiting. Today was our first visit since it reopened and though I understand they are doing their best to keep everything clean during this hard time it was disappointing to see all the play areas stripped of toys, balls and lego. There was no warning and the price was the same so we did feel a bit annoyed by this. Maybe 360 could consider swapping stuff in and out during the different sessions. Having play food and a small set of balls in the soft play for 2 hours then cycling a different set and the lego in for the next? This way there would still be lots available for smaller children. Overall 360 has always been a very fun day and I hope they figure out how to make it feel a bit less empty as we move forward.

Joined this place with the Summer Pass and its a lot cheaper than day pass... is worth it with the summer pass at 35. The place is quite big and have lots of different activities, I wouldn’t say it is very clean though. Every table are full of trays, people don’t clean up after themselves after food and there are seems to be no staff watching or supervising. I see some adults went into soft play with SHOES on... and some kids went outside in the sand area, they came back in with sandy shoes straight into the soft play... The outside area was opened and again no staff were outside, so the boat thing and the rock climbing thing is DIY? We just somehow find a tool and grab the boat? we can just climb the wall unsupervised by staff? I am happy with this discount price... if I have to pay full price to come in I would not be happy...

Very disappointed. I paid the full price for 2 hours and all the toys in the play area are gone due to COVID . They could reduce the price in this case . Even the kids were disappointed.

My 2 kids loved it here, there's lots of different things to keep them happily busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place is contiuously being kept clean and tidy.. which is wonderful to see as it could get extremely messy very quickly in this type of place.

We had an amazing day out on the day of Storm Dennis - everyone had the same idea! The staff were calm and professional and the food was really good. We took our 3 grandchildren. It was such a busy place but it seem to flow brilliantly.. Congratulations to the whole team. you have a great ethos and it is a lovely facility with loads to do for at least 5 hours in our case. They didn't want to leave. Brilliant

Very little in the way of social distancing, and far too crowded for our liking. No management of people inside which is an obvious risk for Covid!! Be aware if you're considering going, we certainly won't be returning anytime soon! (In response to the reply - My review is fact and nothing else. You may well have a certificate that says you are 'covid secure', but I can assure you, what was witnessed today was a disgrace. I understand you are trying to get back on your feet, but allowing a huge number of people in one area with no management of numbers is not the way to do it properly I'm afraid. I am just disappointed not to have taken photos for which I would have uploaded as proof.)

Loyalty cards... 16 stamps to get a free pass... Together with the 4 stamps we could have earned over the last 2 days, our so called “loyalty card” would have been missing only one to get that well deserved free pass! But apparently 360 Play think only the customers have to be loyal, and they reserve the right not to be loyal to the customers themselves. They decided to stop giving stamps, literally shutting the door in front of your Loyal Nose! Very thoughtful! If terms and conditions says “we can withdraw an offer at anytime “ should mean: for new customers, not for those, who is in the scheme and already spend a fortune for your overpriced place! Well... not the best way to treat your customers...Loyal Customers!
