I am a tenant in one of their properties and had locked myself out. With it being a weekend Anderson’s offices were closed but I was fortunately able to get hold of Chris Anderson on his mobile. He was kind enough to drive to their offices to pick up the spare key, then drive to the property and let me in. Thanks Chris

Anderson's are extremely efficient, friendly and fair to their rental tennants as you would expect of any estate agent. What seperates my experience with them from other estate agents in their added support throughout the tenancy period, the amazingly quick responses to any issue that arises and the support we received during the end of tenancy which helped us maximise our deposit return. Justin the in-house Maintenance Manager in particular was extremely supportive.

I have rented with Anderson's for approximately 3 years. I have found them very easy to deal with,. Any repairs were dealt with promptly and I have just had to let the flat go due to Covid and the end of tenancy process went very smoothly. Would highly recommend them...

Lady who looks after the lettings side is extremely rude on the phone! Lack of respect when talking to people . Avoid at all costs!!! She didn’t even have the decency to give me her name. Pls avoid her at all costs I think she is the manager.
