Amazing customer service, very professional and helpful. Standard of workmanship was excellent. The completion time promised was delivered. A family friend had a funeral with a big corporate company who has retail outlets (I don't have to say the name) and the funeral took place in January 2017 and they are still waiting for their headstone!! I would recommend Autumn Memorials as they are very reasonably priced and offer home appointments at their customers convenience. Everyone in the family are over the moon with the headstone, excellent job.
