Drivers always on time, polite and helpful.
Where to start.... Journey to the airport spot on ..15 people 2 taxis..3 car seats... Arrive back at the airport . Text saying taxis cancelled due to know show. So I rang them apparently they arrived 2 hours earlier with completely the wrong flight number, ( office's fault not the drivers).. so eventually sent taxis back with only 2 car seats, so we had a very small child at about 3am fast asleep and no seat . fuming.. next morning after numerous phone calls they eventually found the missing car seat and told us to pick it up from the office... really!!!!!! .. second time we've had a rubbish airport transfer.. office staff need some training..
Very affordable, best prices in Leicester. Also always on time, the drivers are good, hard-working people happy to talk or let you chill out in the passenger seat and finally the receptionist is a lovely young woman in the evenings, very polite, helpful and friendly, and a cheerful chap in the daytime in my experience. 5* without any hesitation, i'm surprised they haven't got a solid 5* all round. Thank you Aylestone Taxis, keep up the good work!
