This practice has been amazing to us. When we had a really poorly dog they treated him so well, and addressed any and all concerns we had with care and gave him the best treatment I could have hoped for. We’ve never been rejected and appointment for anything and have always been seen ASAP Our puppy loves going to the vets because of all the fuss and attention he receives from all who work there. Everyone is so friendly and have no problems answering our questions no matter how small or silly they might seem. I would recommend this vets to anyone who has a pet!

Great place with friendly staff - been going to this place for couple of years now some vets are better than others but good in general
Each time your ring them, they give you the time and explanations of what you need. They helped provide a prescription for fleas during lockdown within an hour and also tolerated my various follow up phone calls to explain a bunch of things. Kind, helpful and professional!
This vet practice has to be one of the best in Leicester! All members of staff are incredibly kind, understanding and patient. Both with the pets and the owners! Can't recommend enough.
Im very happy with the experience i had at best friends with my cat. She required surgery promptly and went in the following day for treatment. The team at best friends was very caring and informative. They were very clear about all the options and risks associated with the treatment and were still willing to try the operation. Luckily Cinnamon made it thought the surgery and is doing really well now. I cant thank the team at best friends enough for everything they did for Cinnamon. We are all very grateful. Thank you again!!
