I bought a Toyota Avensis from here in 2016 and had a very positive experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the whole process easy and they kept in constant communication with the subsequent MOT and service. I owned the car for three years and had six services at Bishop & Bishop, always receiving the same high level of professionalism; always doing what they could to make things convenient for me and providing a courtesy car when I needed it. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Probably good servicing when you get past the desk personnel. The attitude is bound to put you off, even if you know what it is you require. A good back-up place to know but if you have time to find other workshops for your vehicle it may be worth your while to try such alternatives first.
Really top people to do business with. The sales guys are the best I've dealt with, would buy cars off them all day long. In service their knowledge is unbelievable. Will always bring my car back for services and MOT'S. A warm friendly atmosphere with tea or coffee.....great.

Id advise checking against other quotes before going ahead with repairs. Was quoted 350 by Bishop and Bishop for front discs and pads on an MG6. All other garages were between 174 and 214 . They also quoted 124 for a key dock plus 91 labour but Brown and Gammon MG sold me a dock for 108 and I fitted it myself in 15 mins.
Over the years dealerships have got bigger and bigger and the personal touch has been lost . NOT with Bishop &Bishop I have been their customer for nearly 5 years now . They are how dealerships used to be,greeted with a smile and first name basis ,made to feel like you are a valued customer .I have a small driving school where if my car is off the road I lose money and these guys always have my vehicle ready on time and if I can't collect they drop my car off home free of charge .On the one occasion where I had a warranty dispute Tim the service manger sorted me out with a goodwill gesture and I was nt out of pocket .. 100% would recommend these guys!
