Great service provided by this company, they accommodated all my dad's personal and cultural needs. Staff are well trained, punctual and reliable. The owner was always more than happy to help, I was able to call him at any time of the day and he would always go out of his way to give the additional support.

Been dealing with them for a while, the staff and management always come across as super professionals, very caring, treat their patients/clients as their own family members. Cannot fault anything with them. Thankyou for the great service and work that you are doing which is really commendable. 5 stars all the way through.....

The carer we had was nothing special but his job was adequate after some initial issues. He wasn't particularly chatty and just did the job and left each day. However, our main problem is with the company itself. After paying for a carer for over a year, they didn't have the courtesy to even acknowledge that we had a family bereavement of the person they cared for. 3 days after informing them, they sent an invoice addressed to him. A month later we had the final invoice addressed to him with no note or anything that shows a bit of compassion from their end. Extremely insensitive of them to make no attempt to contact us (though when they wanted something, obviously it's a different story) They have clearly shown us that they only care about money making and not at all about their clients. I wouldn't recommend using their services and feel very disappointed with their lack of empathy given they are a care service provider.

The owner of this business does not care about his service users, very very arrogant. Never ever recommend this cowboy business. Wouldn't let this guys look after a dead person let alone someone that actually needs taking care of.
