Never experienced such poor patient care. It's now been 1 year and a month since my urgent 5 day referral. I've had 2 appointments cancelled on me. 1 the day before and the other an hour before. Was told it would be revoked as a matter of urgency. Letter came through for a mid September appointment. 1 year 3 months from when I was referred. Wouldn't even give one star but less isn't an option. Formal complaint has been submitted.

As mentioned by other patients, appointments are always cancelled last minute, having to complain to PALS FOR THE 2nd time now!! Very distressing time for family also, shut the bloody place down I say

Had my first appointment and was pleasantly surprised after reading poor reviews . The Dr i saw was very pleasant and had a caring manner. Not sure why it matters about ethnicity of staff?? ( re other unhelpful review ) but then again I’m not partial to racism in any way . Only issue for me was lack of parking .

This place is just horrible. I've only been able to have 2 appointments in the last 2 yeata because they keep cancelling my appointments and when things go wrong on their end I'm spoken to like it's my fault and crazy for challenging it.
