Since moving here this doctors is amazing, compared to a previous in Leicester, they answer the phone pretty quickly, they get u booked in on the day. I use to have a 8 day minimum waiting list at my old one and that was everytime for 27 years! Staff are all lovely and facilities are up to date and clean.
Dr Hudson is such a lovely caring listening doctor. She made me feel really at ease and really knows her stuff. She went beyond to help me and I would like to thank her. My appointment was 8.15 fri 11th September. Also the lovely blonde haired receptionist who got me a blood test the same day, she was very caring. It was a good experience. Thank you do much.
We would like to sincerely express our gratitude for the support our Home has received from all Doctors, Nurses and Admin staff at Heath Lane Surgery. We could not have wished for better during these difficult times. A special “ thank you” to Dr Cleaver / Dr Lawrence and the DN team for looking after our Residents and supporting our staff.
