I have been practising Kung Fu for over 25 years, mainly as a Preying Mantis practitioner. It was such a joy that Master Derek Frearson and Grand Master Lee Kam Wing were so knowledgeable and humble. I joined in 2006 to study Seven Stars Preying Mantis Kung Fu and never looked back. The other arts on offer are Foshan Wing Chun Kung Fu, Yang Style Taijiquan Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong and Lion Dance. The ITSWA family is truly international and offers something for everyone. We all respect each other as fellow students of the martial arts and admire each person technical expertise My students and I are really lucky to be a part of this family. I travel all the way from London just to train with Master Derek.

Sifu Derek Frearson's reputation speaks for itself. Classes have a friendly atmosphere and are led by experienced instructors. There are plenty of mcdojos out there that put profit first but this isn't one of them. Highly recommended.
