Fantastic communication from placing an order to delivery. I really liked the way the order was packed so neatly and clearly labelled to ease sorting and organising at my end. I had a slight issue with the delivery person, however Kids and Co got onto it straightaway and rectified the issue promptly for me- will definitely do business with them again .

Quality products in good packaging. Always informed of the status of my order. When there was a glitch in the delivery they have solved the issue fast and efficient.
I placed an order on Sunday 26/07/20,on the Monday I had an email confirming the order,which I thought was good communication.On Tuesday I had a text message saying there one of the items was in short stock.I was immediately offered another size which I accepted.I think the communication and information I was given was excellent.Also the quality of the goods is top quality.It is well packed and delivered very quickly.I recommend Kids&co wholesale to everyone.Keep up the good service,customer relations and quality if goods.
Always been postal deliveries for me from here but any time I've had to get in touch the replies are always swift and courteous. Cheaper sites out there but if quality is important to you this is the place you want..
