Many businesses have lost the idea that the customer experience is what drives future sales. Not here. The Sales experience was as you would expect for a premium brand. But what differentiates them is the after sales. They work just as hard to keep you as a customer as they do to win you. The Service Manager Adam, makes you feel special and you feel like he will look after your car better than you would yourself.

Bought a Lamborghini Huracan for 150k. Car making strange noises went to have it checked at my local lamborghini garage at the time they confirmed there was a fault with the gearbox. Had the car booked in for a full inspection the following week and then was adviced there is no fault with the car and all previous paper work was destroyed when I requested to see the paperwork for the first check. Utterly disgusted at the level of service they have provided. They are liars and will do anything to prove there customer is in the wrong!! Shameless people full of lies void them

Welcomed into the showroom with a helpful receptionist as I required some images for my degree project. I wasn't there to buy but I just found the sales reps looking down at me and judging me from who I was and what I was wearing. Besides the negativity, the positive was they allowed me to take photos and the Lamborghini's in this showroom are just amazing. Don't no if he was a manager or sales rep but this guy owned a beautiful Lamborghini and even allowed me to take a picture of his car when I asked. Overall I was happy with the images I had took.
