Attending a check-up appointment with my wife, Carol. On arrival, warm welcome (as always) by reception staff. Sensible precautions taken with respect to covid-19. The environment is always clean and tidy. We were soon seen by our dentist, Dr. Lucas. He is always friendly and very professional. We are happy to place our trust in his care. We couldn't recommend the Practice or the staff more highly.

I want to thank Chris and Liz Lucas for the love and care they have shown to my son they have known him since he was a baby and has been in a life changing road accident in June where he has been left paralysed chest down. Chris and liz were so professional and have made such an amazing job on his teeth as you can see for yourself on the pics they made him feel at ease and also to us aswell we knew he was he was in safe hands (Chris and Liz are the best ever dentist) and did EVERYTHING they possibly could to help us kept checking he was ok if he wanted a break from his neck being uncomfortable etc such lovely caring dentists the perfect couple and liz came in especially for us on a sat so it was quieter and would be easier for Taylor...... there more like family friends than just our dentists...... from entering the building to getting to the surgery they moved things around for him to get in they went over and beyond to help us in these extremely difficult and hard times were going through as a family. Taylor is absolutely thrilled to bits with his new teeth made him feel so much more confident and happy as he didn't even want to smile b4 now he cant stop smiling and Chris and liz have definitely put a smile back on my sons face Taylor Gough he's OVER THE MOON and we want to personally thankyou you for everything you have done and gone over and beyond for Taylor thankyou sooooo much from kerry and John Gough Also a massive thankyou from Taylor Gough you dont know how much this has made him feel soooooo much happier xxx
As a dental phobic I can honestly say this is the first dentist I have felt safe and each visit I feel less and less fearful. Sonal is not only a great dentist but a great people person. Really thankful to have found this dental practice
I had a tooth extraction, all went very well I think my mouth is a little sore today. My dentist was great and very reassuring. The dental nurse was all also great, she kept checking I was ok.
It was very smooth and they took care of me throughout to ensure everyone's safety. All the staff were positive and friendly, as they always are.
