there’s not a single thing I could fault Marshall’s for. They provided a really professional and personable service from enquiry, to delivery, and even into after sales. This was the first time I bought a new car on finance and Toby and Ben made sure I had all the information I needed to make the purchase that was right for me. They managed to get the best deal on the market for the car I wanted, and explained their additional products and services without being pushy. When I visited the dealership it was a beautifully clean and welcoming environment, with very helpful staff at all angles. Ben was fantastic to deal with and made me feel very comfortable, making sure the purchase and paperwork were really hassle free. Overall Marshall’s made me feel like I was their best ever customer which I very much doubt I am, but I can’t fault them for that level of service. I seemed like similar experiences were had across the dealership the time I was there too.
