Attended 2 Xmas parties here, albeit in a professional capacity, I was one of the DJ's for a Jaguar /Land Rover /BMW staff bash (just as an aside, these guys really, really do know how to lay on a party). This was in December 2019. Fantastic venue and what a lovely crowd. I hosted an event for the company Bingo Lingo and I did a DJ set in between hosting the Bingo event, great atmosphere and very friendly crowd and staff. This was in the Xmas pre-Covid. OMG, little did we know that this would be our last Xmas party before this horrible virus wreaked havoc world-wide!. However, if this was my last Xmas party then I'd have no complaints, I finished the Bingo Lingo event early and left the crowd to party on with the next DJ. When we get back to normality, we need to support venues like this, great fun.

Great arena. Not a bad seat in the place.Compact.You're never far from the action.Perhaps should have been built bigger to allow for other functions such as concerts. But ideal for basketball:-)

Clean and tidy venue. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are at ground level then seating is just basic chairs packed as close as possible. The venue has no air conditioning and so it's very hot inside. There are only one set of toilets or at least I couldn't find others so at intervals there are big queues especially for the ladies. The food bar staff were good and I got served quickly. We went to watch the Neha Kakkar concert and I have to say the venue is not suitable for music concerts. The quality of the audio was poor and the clarity of the singers was not great. It felt like the singer was drowned out by the music. We did point this out to the staff too but not a lot changed. The lighting is poor. The performers were great but it's a shame the venue doesn't help show that. Parking is a nightmare especially when leaving there are big queues. If you are thinking of going to a music concert here then think again. The venue is great for sports but definitely not suitable for music concerts. I guess the promoters use this place as it's a lot cheaper than somewhere like De Montford Hall.

A very pleasant place to be. Basketball games here have a friendly and safe atmosphere and are very family friendly, unlike a lot of sports events I’ve attended Even so, security are always on hand to ensure safety. The players are friendly and are generally available and happy to take photos after matches. It is definitely worth attending a game here, even if you don’t know anything about basketball, you’ll have a good time guaranteed! The photos and videos below are from the St Patrick’s Day weekend game. It was super fun!

Visited for SEND event which was great. Good clean facilities. Rooms upstairs great for meetings and talks. Easily accessible for wheel chair users, lift to upper floor. Only issue was signage for getting upstairs.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Great for both fans and people who just want to watch a match once. Brilliant

Went to see the quad nations wheelchair rugby. Great event and atmosphere. More people should go watch it. It's fun for the family with plenty of things happening on the court to keep all happy
