Pretty disgusted with the quality of service a friend of mine has recently received .if you don't have the stock, let them know! Don't take their money and tell him the day before they need it you don't have it. We will be advising other professionals to utilise another business that actually meets the customer needs .

Went in to see about a guitar for my son for Xmas... Saw Will and he was possibly the most passionate / helpful chap I have come across in a shop! Gave me the low down on all my options, knocked out a few riffs, threw in tuner for free... my son loves it and it is great to buy from people who are so passionate about what they do!

Fantastic. They don't push you into sales, don't make you buy the most expensive product - they just find out what you want. Their range may not match the mega superstores, but frankly they have the best of every price range. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Staff are amazing, they're very experienced and know what their talking about. I've been in for guitar and amp and both were fantastic.

The main musical shop in central Leicester, located about 10 minutes walk from the station. Shop is large and roomy inside, good range of electric and acoustic guitars on sale, Fenders, Squires, Tanglewoods and Martins mainly, as well as a section for electronic music and DJ related things. Staff are helpful, prices are reasonable, although guitar picks could be sold individually as well as in packs of 4, as this gets quite pricey if you're after several of different kinds. Also, mind the step on the way in!

Awesome place with good stock. Will is really helpful and knows his stuff. Had a new amp and a few other little bits from here and would always use Music Junkie as a first port of call

March 2019. I hear that the shop has closed. A huge loss. I guess I am a little guitared out so don't have an excuse to visit very often but always get excellent service whenever I do. There is a lack of the more expensive stuff but this is a criticism which can be levelled at most music shops : it's a sign of the times that only specialist shops stock the exotica and there aren't many of these as I suspect there aren't enough buyers to support too many such outlets. Nevertheless they stock a goodly range of the more affordable instruments and are unusually helpful in my experience.

Bought a guitar from here 6 months ago and haven't regretted it. Great after sales service with a proper local shop feel. They don't seem to mind you popping in for a play on their goods either. Friendly place. I'd buy there again.
