Just rang to enquire about something. The man who picked up the phone literally spoke two words to me which was \hello\ and o\ then put the phone down. I was polite the whole conversation so to get this was just so unbelievably rude to me. I didn't deserve that kind of treatment at all and feel like all other reviews on here are from friends and family as how do you get business with appalling telephone manners?
