Disgraceful customer service, I ordered a T shirt for a Halloween costume costing 35.94. I didn’t like it so I returned it. To be told that I hadn’t returned the item in its original packaging and it had a strong smell of aftershave... this is a lie it was tired on once and returned in it EXACT original condition. When I phoned up to query the return the person who I spoke to clearly found something funny as they were very rudely giggling thought out my complaint. I was told my only option was to pay for my item to be returned to me or it will be destroyed and I’ll be left 35 out of pocket. Speaking to the women on the phone she told me in one breath that there was a very strong smell of aftershave yet further into the conversation she claimed that when the box was opened there was a plastic bag missing (the plastic bag that the item NEVER came in) and upon seeing that the T-shirt wasn’t in this plastic bad the item was never even removed from the box... yet she could still smell aftershave strongly??? Nothing but lies and con artist running a money making racket... if your in doubt that you might not like an item DO NOT BUY anything because if you want to return it good luck!

I visited this excellent little store to look for a gift. Sometimes only the personal touch will do. I found what I was looking for, and an old fashioned desire to help the customer from knowledge rather than a desire to move products. I had a great time, with friendly staff. I’m sure you shall too.

Great company. I am always hesitant buying online from companies I don't know, but my 'item' arrived safely within a couple of days. They where the only company in the UK that stocked what I was after and it was reasonably priced. It had free postage and arrived safely in discreet packaging. I was happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

I have been using clothing products from this company for over 3 years now. In my photographic work. The products are first rate. A great turnaround on orders. One thing I will stress is that the staff are super helpful and no question is too silly. If you feel you need to ask just do it.
