This is one of the best customer service teams that I have ever dealt with, they actually answer the phone , are based in the UK, the website is very easy to use and the prices are excellent. After having endless problems with British Gas, all I can say is I wish I moved over to Outfox the Market sooner. I just hope the service stays the same and I would defiantly recommend them to everyone. In fact my father and two friends have already switched over to them. Regards David Gardner

Outfox The Market are, in my humble opinion, 'doing their bit' to 'save the planet' for future generations. They supply power from renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power. The particular tariff I am on, allows me to pay more during the winter months, and less in the summer months (the reasons should be obvious?!) which allows for easier budgeting for my outgoings each month. Customer service is pretty good too (I had a slight 'hickup' at the switchover period, which they rectified to my satisfaction). All in all, I reckon it's a win-win situation!

I switched to OTM after hearing they are the cheapest on the market and doing comparison quotes. I was a bit dubious as have never heard the company mentioned on Martin Lewis show. So pleased I did, the prices are great, easy to contact them, good website, good communication. I have recommended two people to them and the only reason for the four stars is because it would have been nice to have received a referral fee. All good so far though after nearly a year, so would highly recommend

I have been a customer for a year and changed tariff once. Managing online is very easy in the simple website. No frills but no fuss. Twice I needed to use chat to talk with customer service and there was very little wait. Both advisors have been very helpful and were happy to amend direct debit payments. And of course the price is the best around. Dual fuel far cheaper than anyone else. What could be better?! Highly recommended.

Excellent service & price! I had a bit of a shaky start with the company due to confusing emails about price/service changes, but these were rectified quickly and never had a problem since. Price is the best available plus service is great, brilliant chat function available. Moving was easy too. Would definitely recommend!
