I just wanted to say that Joselyn at Parkway made my experience of upgrading my polo wonderfully stress free and went out of her way to communicate with me around my working hours despite Covid. She listened to exactly what I needed, helped me complete all the documents necessary and ensured that my car would be delivered to me halfway across the country without any fuss or bother and following all Covid regulations. I have found the whole experience of upgrading much less stressful than I usually find it and I have an excellent deal on a new gorgeous, extremely reliable polo that meets all of my needs. I would highly recommend the services provided by Parkway.

Cannot fault the service with the service/body shop team at Parkway Leicester. Visited them in October to sort the passenger door on my Mk7.5 GTI under warranty and they had a quick turn around and sorted me out with a courtsey car, considering with the current climate. They made the passenger door look like brand new! Unfortunately have no clear shots of the finish, but here are a couple photos of the original damage. Needed painting and blending along with the arch trim replacing and fitting. Calvin at the body shop has done a brilliant job and also had taken note to not wash the car as the rest had been polished and waxed. Thanks very much!
