This company has been trading since 2015 under a Mr. Bhavik Master (born 1986) despite claims on its website that they've been trading since 1976! I've just purchased a jumper for 90.00 and utterly disgusted. Firstly, the size sent was incorrect which is incredibly frustrating as it was for a birthday present. Secondly and more by point, the quality is not what one would expect for a 90.00 jumper. The quality of the garment is one you would expect to pay in the region of 25 - 30. The type of jumper and fabric you would find at a \job lot bulk - buy em cheap and stack 'em high\ small independent provincial retail store. Nothing wrong with that whatsoever, I purchase cheap jumpers at 20 in these stores and I know what I get and accept that. It's got a real \market stall\ quality. Not a 90.00 feel. Unfortunately I have been hoodwinked by \Paul James\ Knitwear into paying 90 for a market stall quality item worth in the region of 25-30. Nice work if you can get it I suppose.

The quality of the clothing and the sustainability efforts at Paul James Knitwear is what makes this a five star review. The quality really is exceptional, and you won't find a more reasonable price point elsewhere. If you're thinking about making a purchase, you won't regret it. I have been a customer for many years and have always returned to stock up on my annual knitwear collection - the 100% cotton range is my favourite :) The customer service is friendly, delivery is efficient and you'll have these staple pieces in your wardrobe for a long time.

Excellent service. First jumper was a little tight. Exchanged with no hassle. Highly recommended.

Purchased a mixture of polo shirts and jumpers a couple of months ago. Absolutely fantastic feel and quality. All of the items have kept their integrity after receiving great care advice from the staff. Definitely a convert and will return.

I am not doubting that the quality of the wool is good, but whoever is cutting these jumpers to size really needs to get some glasses. I recieved a jumper this morning from them where the arms are wider than the rest of the jumper, I'm not sure wether these are cut for extra storage or something but the amount of wool they have used on these arms is incredible, I could literally cut one of these arms off and use it as a body warmer for my pig. I kind of look like someone in a woolly jumper actually carrying a sheep under each arm, the quality of the wool is good but the craftsmanship is not so good. I would recommend duck and cover just as good quality and actually cut by someone who can see, I got this jumper half price for 50 instead of 100 which i find incredible considering the amount of extra wool I got with mine, I brought it in a medium with the arms for shrek

I was brought a wool jumper from this shop for xmas, we washed it on a cold recommended wool cycle with other 100% wool products and this jumper shrunk to half its size, the company blamed us and was extremely unhelpful indeed I am very disappointed with the service they offer.
