Worst sales and service customer service I have ever received. They had my car in for 6 weeks to repair a fault I notified them about when it was in for a service and they told me it was fine! I received a call to collect my car after and they had done a terrible job and even damaged he car whilst in their car. I am writing to Alfa Romeo HQ to put in a complaint. Not happy and would never want to deal with them again

Never deal with these people. In March 2019 one of their technicians smashed my beautiful Alfa Romeo Giulia QV into a tree in Leicester city centre one wet Friday afternoon. Accidents happen but this was a 30 mph zone on a busy day in a city centre. As you can see form the picture he was clearly driving far too fast and I suspect had put the car in Race mode. Its very lucky no one was killed. I asked for the ECU data to see what had happened but they lied and said that wasn't possible. They then tried to just pay the balance of the finance and walk away. No compensation, help into another car, nothing. I had the bills from the Fire Brigade and Council to pass on and a huge admin hassle as well as sourcing a new car with no deposit etc. Barnaby Sturgess wanted to cut and run. After many email and letter exchanges with the afore mentioned Barnaby Sturgess (very patronising), writing to FCA CEO plus threatening two small claims cases, we settled. Don't take the risk, never deal with a Sturgess business!

Amy was really nice and polite and provided coffee and biscuits which I really appreciated due to missing lunch whilst purchasing the car. However, as part of the deal, was to have a touch up on the paint work. Having called and emailed Amy, my emails seems to have been ignored. Was told on phone to be contacted within 2 weeks which I never did but yet my email was ignored after 3 weeks. Therefore, the whole experience of the service provided at the time was great! But the follow up was awful. I waited a whole month before leaving a review to wait for this deal to be completed. However, this deal is not yet complete. The missing 3 stars is down to follow up and frustration unfortunately. Due to this, I would still want a stone chip that’s rusted up on sale of the car to be patched up and my alloy scuffs to be touched up which was part of the deal.

Great car love it, only disappointment was the car had only 6000 miles on as it was there demonstrator but they could not find its handbook or service book and the spare tyre with its tools where just lying loose in the boot, not good as they had a week before I called down to collect car.
