Bought our first Land Rover car and the customer service was absolutely amazing. I would like to especially thank Nigel who was very kind and has explained everything we had to know in detail and answered every question we’ve had, which we found very helpful. Also a big thank you to Jake who has also been very kind and helpful. He showed and explained to us all the key car features and everything we need to know before receiving the car. Definitely recommend this place for anyone as you won’t leave the place disappeared. Thank you so much, you are fantastic!

As a rule I put off and dither when buying cars, I usually dislike the sales experience and then end up with buyer’s remorse. I will say Sturgess was a refreshing change. I’ve never bought a Land Rover before and fully expected a lot of upsell. I’d picked a Range Rover Velar for our new car and David Johnson was the first to pick up the phone. I will admit my cynical nature makes me a bit of a nightmare, however David was great throughout. He dealt with every aspect of the sale personally. Best of all was the effort he put into getting the car delivered in time for a family holiday. Having a four month old we were shielding this meant a lot to us. David never pressured whilst we were making up our mind, and didn’t try to push us to buy anything more expensive. I hadn’t personally been too fussed about the Velar prior to its arrival, this was very much just to be a practical utility and something the better half would enjoy, however I’ve been thrilled to bits so far and am now a 4x4 convert. Will certainly be on the phone to David in a couple of years for another Land Rover.

I purchased an 'Approved Used' Land Rover Discovery from Sturgess. After minimal bartering, I was offered a fair and competitive Part Exchange price on my car and the viewing appointment and ordering process was professionally and courtiously handled by Richard Brown. Sadly, Sturgess have lost a 'star' as there was a serious problem with the car upon driving it home. I'll refrain from describing the problem here, apart from saying it should NOT have occurred. That said, Sturgess were very apologetic and clearly disappointed. The car was promptly collected by Sturgess and returned to me the same day. The two year Approved Warranty is an added reassurance and to date, I'm very pleased with the car and would have no hesitation in recommending Sturgess and purchasing from them in the future.

This is the second car that I've bought from Sturgess of Leicester. They are not local to me, but it has been worth the journey to get first-class service and another great car (a Range Rover Velar) at a fair price.
