Prince Of The Cheese

THIS IS THE GREATEST food i have ever had in my life. i feel like i died and went heaven SERIOUSLY this is the best. I believe this is the food Jesus ate before he died (i love it!)

Order from this branch every single week as I’m used to Taco Bell in Bradford. In hopes it will improve as teething problems can happen when you first open. However things just aren’t improving more like getting worse. Firstly there’s barely any filling (beef) inside the tacos/wraps, secondly they can’t follow simple instructions of not putting certain fillings inside wraps, instead I received a LOT of the filling I didn’t want. We had to re-heat our order as when it got to us it was stone cold - the cheese hadn’t even melted inside my wrap. Things don’t seem to be getting any better and nobody is taking the bad reviews or feedback into consideration at this restaurant.

Sigh. This place was amazing when it opened and I always order expecting the same quality as then. Three orders ago they forget items. Food is cold. Nacho cheese is like two pipettes in the tub despite costing 1.70. Two orders ago I waited 90 mins for my food, to be told they had closed the restaurant and I was getting a refund. Place was open for hours after on all ordering sites. This time, food items missing and food cold. Again nacho cheese is about pinches in a tub, watery somehow and freezing. Every single time I order there’s a problem. And I order a lot. It’s honestly not worth it as the quality is so poor and the staff don’t bother.

Having eaten in many Taco Bell in the USA we thought we would try our local one for a delivery. The food was shocking, fries were like cardboard, quality of the ground beef was zero, so bland, dont waste your money on this shop, get your food from shop that has pride in the quality of what they serve.

Taco Bell is easily my favourite fast food chain in North America, I was beyond thrilled to have one in Leicester. Have been here about 10 times since it opened, many times when it first opened and saw a lot of issues that I was willing to forgive because it was a lockdown and the staff were new, however we are now about 5 months since the restaurant opened and it's actually gotten worse. Firstly, the time it takes - there are 6-7 people in the kitchen yet the 2-3 take away orders 1 delivery order still takes 5-10 mins. I would let this go if it weren't for the next few issues - forgotten toppings, limited toppings and the worst of all THE FOOD IS COLD. It's not even warm! I literally had to spit my cold cheese out because it was claggy in my mouth (the cheese that is supposed to be melted in the Gordita Crunch), so, so, so disappointing. Like others have stated - things should have improved by now. Not worse. How will these guys cope when they take in dine in customers? Poor effort.

Well staff can't count as was missing 2 tacos. I was the second customer of the day so can't really use the busy excuse . Hardly any meat in what tacos we had. App offers where not accepted. Would I revisit. Yes for a passing snack. Would I que.. Sorry a resounding no.

I do love taco bell, even the UK one is decent. Fun fast food and worth the money. Orderd on the mobile app but still had to wait a bit longer even though app said it was ready.

I read the bad reviews before I ordered but wanted to make my own mind up as I love taco bells when I have visited the branch in other cities. I have to say the food is just terrible, everything from the fries to the tacos and the burritos, just a disappointment, it was that bad I didn’t finish it off and ended up in the bin.... the negative reviews for this place is a accurate reflection on this branch.
