I am very dissapointed; bad customer client service. I purchased bakhoor incense and they sent me the wong item with a difference in quality and quantity. I email them on numerous occasions explaining the mistake but they never replied to my messages for an exchange or an apology. I will never buy again from The Islamic Establishment.
