I have purchased many cars in the past, and I can honestly say this one was the most hassle free and exactly how I would do it myself. I had booked my car in for an M.O.T with volvo T.m.s. after a reasonable service in june (not the best). I thought I'd let them do an M.O.T. and promised I can have it back at the agreed time so I can head of to work. I watched the where abouts of my car through an app. I found my car at windermere street leicester. Asked why is my car there and the service desk gentleman told me it was another T.m.s site. I decided to investigate. I'm now walking through one of Leicester not best areas. In my opinion. To then look on my app that the person who had driven my car decided to rag it round 15.8 mpg. When I walked to find my car on the app. I found my car unlocked . I had opened boot and doors and was available to nick. If I was criminal minded. Confronted the manager about driving my car. He lied and then I let him drive my car back to then see the difference in his driving through the volvo app. It showed me that he did rag my car to the none tms M.O.T centre In the end I did not pay for my M.O.T. please if you have a volvo use the app. For any garage that you use. It is very helpful to catch these monsters out. I Would not recommend tms leicester. First and last time with tms. And lost future business forever. I have lost confidence in dealings with them. This is an opion and a review. It's up to you as a customer if you decide to use them..

This is the 5th car we've purchased via Sturgess and the 3rd car I've purchased personally from their salesman, Ed Hagger. Why do we keep coming back? Because Ed works hard to find a win-win situation, the cars are always presented and handed-over in a really professional and great way and their after sales service has always been perfect when its been needed. My latest car is not a Volvo (unfortunately), but when I saw the spec of car that they had available it was too good not to pass on and Ed made every effort to get the car to us ASAP. Always been consistently good and I only have positive words to say about them - Thanks Ed - Stephen
