One of the best equiped gyms in the area with a great atmosphere run by a succesful bodybuilder in his own right Gary jones who has a wealth of knowledge whether you want to build muscle, lose body fat or make weight as a fighter.

Owned by a lovely, professional, award winning couple. They are welcoming, experienced and always at hand to help, advise and both also offer P.T.sessions. I thoroughly enjoy working out here. Highly recommend joining regardless of ability. Also they have the best Gym Pug.. Bow

Great free weight gym with plenty of additional machines and aerobic equipment. The guys who run it are really approachable and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is of camaraderie and encouragement rather than massive egos that I've experienced in other gyms. Good changing facilities and open early too!
