Excellent customer service and great range of bags. I ‘ve just bought my second Spirit handbag from Bagcraft. Gary was really helpful over the phone and I’m delighted with my new larger bag, it’s perfect for my needs and is a fab colour. I think these bags are fantastic, they’re hard wearing, light and washable and really good for travelling. I’ve had a small one for ten years and it’s still going strong. Ten years ago Bagcraft was the only shop I could find which stocked them, the customer service was great then and is still excellent. I thoroughly recommend them.

As a little girl I always used to pine through the shop window admiring the array of bags that Bagcraft had on offer.... 35 years later, I find myself looking back through the same glass window. I came here purposely to fix two Samsonite suitcases and found that the customer service was just as impeccable today, as it were, 35 years ago. It is my belief, that, it is paramount we stand as a collective supporting our local shops, tradesmen, and our treasured artisans. A personal 'Thank you' to Gary, whom stands head to toe in a black velvet suit, for being a staple part of our community - your honesty and longevity are admirable.
