I recently purchased my used C-class coupe from them and from the first telephone call with Paul Archer in sales who was great, the whole experience was fantastic. Great customer service. From the initial test drive to the handover of the car which was done by Daniel Goodman who took care of every detail and was also great. Would definitely purchase again from this dealer. Thanks Guys!

Very poor experience. Service costing nearly 900 and the car was returned in a disgusting state, with greasy hand prints all over the upholstery. The car was also a day late, although they did give me a courtesy car, so can't complain there. I've now discovered that they never filled the Adblue tank, although they charged me for it. Complained by email but no response. Avoid!!

Sale people are good, but if you book appointment for 3 pm and you get seen at 3:30 pm. Not very good time keeping.
