Excellent service from George today. George helped me with problems with my fuel tank. George was professional, courteous, helpful, happy and absolutely brilliant. Really pleased that standards and customer care have continued to be outstanding. Gentleman who greets customers at the door, no matter wind, rain or shine, is always smiling, happy and helpful. He is always there greeting me by name. I bring 4 vehicles to this dealership for maintenance and always grateful that I have an excellent dealership team to look after my vehicles. Noticed that staff turnover isn't as often as other dealerships. Nice to see familiar faces each time I visit. A huge 'Thank you' to the whole team and those individuals who go above and beyond.

Just superb , I just nipped in here to pickup a part to fix one of my customers cars, the showroom is spotless , all the staff are friendly and well presented, I was barely in the door 3 minutes before being approached and asked if I needed help. The free drinks and biscuits are a nice touch. If your interested in a mercedes or a smart car this is the place to come for top customer service. Thanks

Excellent services department, especially Dominic. Best in the area. Professional and polite. Well organised and helpful. Returned this week and glad to see that standards have remained high. Dominic again was incredibly helpful. Pleased to see that staff are retained and familiar faces are seen at this dealership. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
