Brilliant customer service from these guys. They responded very quickly to my mail, and provided the expert advice I needed for a new lower pitch prop. When I wanted to return the item, (boxed and unused), again they responded quickly with no issues accepting the returned item. I mistakenly ordered the wrong prop and needed advice and a refund. I got an immediate response and a cheerful courteous agreement to refund. The refund was the day the returned prop arrived with him. Will deffo be buying from SSI again, but next time I'll be a bit more careful with my order.
