STSUK.com Ltd installed my air conditioning system in my home (22/05/2020). I cannot speak highly enough of this company and my experience with them. They have been great! Pierre Simmons was my initial contact with the company; he was friendly and a pleasure to deal with, and efficient in helping me get the service I needed. The engineers, Josh and Dan, were excellent, focussed on the job and got it done in super quick time, with no mess and they put me at ease that I had made a good choice to use STS for my installation. After the installation Pierre called to make sure that I was happy with everything. From the start he provided a friendly helpful service and I was left with the impression that nothing was too much trouble for them. They are F-gas registered and qualified, which means that my installation is legal, safe and environmentally friendly. They provide commissioning information that allows me to claim my free 2-year warranty on the air con unit, they also guarantee their work. The installation engineers, Josh and Dan, explained the process of the work to be done, which gave me confidence that knew what they were doing, but also that they were very thorough and that all aspects of the work would be done appropriately – many of which I had not been aware of until they explained. Before they left, they showed me how to use the equipment, and even explained how to get the best out of it, and how to use it in such a way, as to extend its life. We all hate to be bitten by bad service, overcharged, and staff who do not care… occasionally you find a diamond of a company, who you have confidence in and STSUK have been that for me. Would be great if other companies took a leaf out of their book. I have confidence in their work and in trusting them for any future maintenance work.
