Cold food, missing order and rude. Avoid!!! Very disappointed with the food and delivery tonight. When the delivery arrived most of the food was cold which we understood as they have to do a lot of deliveries however they missed an item that we ordered. We called up and they redelivered the missing food (quite quickly to be fair) however they got the order wrong again! When we called up a 2nd time they said they weren't sending the delivery driver out again and when we insisted they send us the order we ordered & paid for they called us deluded, told us never order from them again and hung up. We will happily oblige and never order or visit this establishment again.

I ordered on NYE (I can imagine how busy you guys must have been). I got a call from the delivery driver, who had accidentally gone to the wrong address. I was a little worried the food might be cold once it finally got to me. The food was still hot and as amazing as ever. The Beyti is always perfectly cooked with such a generous portion and the bread we ordered was superb. Had a surprised knock at the door tonight by two of the team at Mevan who were very apologetic about the slight mishap with the delivery and offered myself a bottle of wine and a box of Turkish delights. I couldn't believe it, it has made my night, I am still smiling whilst typing this out. I hadn't even complained or made a fuss regarding my delivery. Amazing service, amazing team and amazing food. Thanks guys we'll certainly be ordering from you guys again (we would have even without your generous offering) and can't wait to dine in again once we can.
We ordered food from Uber eats, and have been a happy customer for a little while now. Today our food delivery was cold and also had missing items. We called the restaurant to see if they could rectify, and they said that they would send a replacement meal. This didn’t happen! So we were left quite hungry after spending a bit of money on our food. Such a shame!
