I've been putting off getting my ear syringed for ages but finally managed to get to the surgery after have put oil in it for about a week. The receptionist managed to fit me in for an appointment before the end of the week when I was going away. Lo and behold! The nurse was absolutely bloomin' BRILLIANT!!! I can hear. I'm so happy! Thank you, thank you, Leiston practice!

Highly recommend East Coast Physio, I was in agony with my back and struggled to walk, two sessions with Neil, which included acupuncture and recommended muscle strengthen exercises the pain has gone. I now have better movement and flexibility, really really can't thank you enough.

Reception staff are judgmental, rude and disrespectful, when calling in you can hear them make snide remarks as they end the call/pick up the call. They try their hardest to get the call over as soon as possible by being curt and short with you and most of the Drs have accents too strong to understand.

I used to be at the Aldeburgh surgery where waiting times were absolutely diabolical and communication between the surgery and Ipswich hospital a complete shambles. Disgusted, I changed to the Leiston surgery where I can get an appointment much easier, waiting times are minimal, and reception are much better organised. A surgery all Leiston can be proud of.

Most of the Drs here are really caring and go the extra mile to help, on several occasions the reception staff have done their best to get me a appointment or a call back from the doctor, really grateful. Thank you
