Excellent!! The whole process of buying my new bike was seamless. Staff at the store were great and the handover was perfect. John went through all of the essential maintenance do's and don'ts and was thorough when explaining about the features of the bike. Will definitely go back and will definitely recommend.
Called here Saturday after an appalling visit to Evan's cycles when, after an hours drive to the store to buy cycle shorts was told they couldnt accept a gift card due to till upgrades. Leisure lakes had the same shorts (cheaper) and were happy to order the correct size and post them on free of charge. Excellent helpful service. Thank you Leisure lakes for great, helpful service.
Needed some upgrades done on my dt swiss hubs and these boys were my local experts, a very very busy store with knowledgeable and very enthusiastic staff. Chris worked on my wheels, he had a few issues to overcome but clearly a very capable bike mechanic, I will certainly be using them again and recommending them. The front of house staff deserve a mention also thanks guys and will hopefully be back soon.
