Bought a new bike from the West Bromwich branch. Service was excellent. Placed deposit on bike, one week later it's ready to collect fully assembled. They installed my upgraded pedals on for me and helped set up and calibrate my forks too. Everyone was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Considering the national shortage of bikes and long delays I was very impressed with the turn around time. Would highly recommend

Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly, nothing was to much bother even with a complete MTB noob like myself, walked out with a very nice Ambush Specialized helmet with MIPS and ANGI, set of V8 pedals and some knowledge of cannock blue trails, even with the current ongoing situation we all face, nothing was an issue

Sorted my Scott road bike after an accident. Very few dealers were interested but Leisure Lakes got it sorted for me no problem. Communication was great throughout and Jenny sorted it out for me without any issues. Definitely recommend using this bike shop, I will be for sure despite living 15 miles away!
