November 2020 we picked up our 17 plate campervan which we had worked hard for. We had planned our first weekend away so before we went I filled up with diesel , then realised that there was a leak, diesel all over the drive. Gavin was notified immediately he said to take it back which I did. I sat and waited while it was taken to the work shop to be checked an hour later he came back to me saying NO leak you must of over filled it !!!!!. I left very perplexed how do you over fill it.!!!!.Still not convinced or satisfied with this answer I needed an explanation to what the cause of the leak was so i took it to another garage to see if they could help me.And low and behold they found the diesel tank did have a leak to which they told me they could repair. I phoned Gavin to explain what had been found a leak. Yes Dinmore leisure paid the bill and Gavin told the garage that if we called in some time he would buy us some fuel that is not the point the point is we have not had any customer after sales care at all.

Good stock of caravans and motorhomes but accessory shop is now very disappointing, which they have blamed on online shopping. Will have to go elsewhere for accessories now. Such a shame.
