Many thanks Steve for your patience and understanding also thanks to Sally and Ryan for your professionalism in dealing with my order and delivery. Please also thank the delivery firm that you used - rang me an hour before delivery as promised and was prompt, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend you to anyone else.
Our first dealings with Thomas Panels and toying with it being our last. Our order was short and it took a fortnight of phoning, emailing and repeatedly not being phoned back for it to be sorted. Eventually our delivery that I was promised would be the first drop of the day ended up being the third drop arriving late afternoon. I had to pay my builders to come back the following day to finish the job when it could have been completed on the same day. To sum up, product good, service not so much. When you promise to ring someone back then bloody do so!! Let's see if I get a phone call back from Thomas Panels to apologise for their below par service and offer some monetary help with paying our builders for that extra day!!

Delivered on wrong day and wrong size lorry. Dropped off at front of house and not rear. Driver was quite abrupt. Panels are of a good quality.
