Staff were very friendly and helpful and our outfits looked and fitted fabulously despite the fact we had a very difficult to fit shaped gentleman, couldn't be happier, they made us check everything when we collected so any faults or things missed (as they are human) were rectified before we left (which there wasn't any it was all great) couldnt be happy have recommended to friends and family and have used regualarly since.

I booked my suits 2 yeats ago and I had to push my wedding back to 2018 and they forgot my.booking raised the price some how and forgot to tell me and I have been standing at the counter for 20 minutes waiting to pick my suits up and I have been completly ignored so I am fighting this in the shop I carnt wait to get out of here my weddings in a few days it's not like I haven't got enough to do so for suit hire if your young looking don't bother unless you look like you own alot

Not only did the suits fit illcorrectly they was given uncleaned with recipes from pubs in pockets, coverd in marks and one of the suits had to be swapped on the day of the wedding due to it being coverd in vomit. The event of a wedding is stressful enough and things like this could have been prevented if the company had conducted the procedures that was nessersary. The gentleman that the suits was returned to seemed to think he was one cut above the rest and couldn't see why the complaint had been made even after showing him pictures of the vomit smothered suit he still proceeded to tell me that it couldn't have been what was stated. If I could say anything to anyone hiring suits in high quantity it would be to steer clear of this place as the gentleman admitted "if it's a busy period the suits sometimes do get sent out without being dry cleaned" which wasn't stated when hiring out the suits in the first place otherwise they would have been hired from elsewhere.
