Had a pallet delivery (washing machine) via a very helpful chap called Stuart (Consett depot). Unfortunately as I'm slightly disabled, I asked for Stuart's help, he didn't hesitate and manoeuvred my excellently packaged washer down 5 steps and thro the side door/alley into my kitchen. Without a doubt Stuart is a credit to Lescost (likely all their drivers are as helpful). Lescost, please recognise Stuart for his cheerful, 'not a problem' attitude towards delivery. Thank you Stuart and Lescost, I'll never hold concerns regarding pallet deliveries if Lescost is involved.
