I would like to thank Debbie at CHD so much more than I already have for the service that she provided.. I do feel lucky to have discussed items of concern with her & I am now certain I will thrive from here onwards. The fact that we clicked in discussion is a great credit to Debbie & her people skills. Choosing a therapist/councillor can be very daunting. CHD was definitely the right choice

I am so pleased that we found Debbie,as it has made such a huge difference to my daughters health. The first session didnt appear to have an affect,so Debbie would not take payment, but weeks in we realised things were improving, as this lady is so lovely we tried again and after one more visit, her life has turned around.

When feeling trapped in one’s own mind how does one achieve their goals, desires and wishes in life? How do you change your perception when it feels deep rooted in your DNA? I was essentially embarrassed and burdened by many memories that crowded my mind, and yet I can be rational plus have studied psychotherapy, nevertheless I did not feel confident that my own set of skills could help me. And so I was searching for someone to help me help myself, someone that knew how to have a sincere encounter with my subconscious mind. Debbie has an authentic person centered approach and brilliant skills and experience in hypnotherapy; it was this perfect fusion of therapy that has helped all aspects of myself. I have worked and met many therapists, yet with my hand on my heart I have never met anyone as good as Debbie...there is no one like her and I have since recommended her to many others who have also been searching.

I would recommend This seemed completely different for the previous counselling I have experienced. To start with we had session which was free of charge to talk about my issues and what I was hoping for. We talked about what had/hadn’t worked, what I liked didn’t like about previous counselling. I felt as if Debbie really understood what I was saying. I wasn’t sure if I wanted counselling or hypnotherapy so I had some sessions that were counselling, some hypnotherapy and some were both. It really worked
