I have used Letchworth Walkwel Clinic for years and have always received excellent podiatry treatment. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend.

Rude staff memeber with zero customer service skills. Customer informed the clinic he was running late 10 minutes prior to the appointment. Customer also apologised for this and confirmed with the clinic that this would have no impact on the appointment. Customer also apologised when he arrived at the store. No bullying or harassment or such behaviour took place. The customer (me) was polite however the podiatrist was rude and slightly aggressive towards me. No paying customer should be treated that way and I decided to leave due to the way I was being treated by the podiatrist. I am shocked and deeply worried by the lies in the response from the clinic but this clearly shows their attitude towards customers.

I arrived for a pedicure at 11.30 the young lady doing the 1hr30 min treatment said i was two minutes late so she wouldn’t be doing my pedicure.The treatment was 75 so although when I looked at my own clock is was 11.30 am I thought the 75 was better off in my purse than her till.Never experienced somebody so rude before (anywhere)

After having my eyebrows and top lip threaded, top lip is wonderfully smooth. My eyebrows however, don't even look like mine anymore, more like the thin eyebrows of a middle aged woman. I'm only 20 and I have naturally dark, full eyebrows... no makeup is helping me to love my eyebrows again. I wouldn't get my brows done there again. There was no communication on what the client would like, just straight in with the scissors and threading, not once was I asked on my preferences and I had to call her back to do my top lip even though I had asked for it to be done already. Communication DEFINITELY needs work.
