10 weeks of emails and calls, leaving messages with no one getting back to me it was only when I started to look elsewhere that I finally got a reply. Another 8 weeks following that to finally get any sort of information out of them with no update or reasons given. Complete unprofessional service and will never use again
After a slow start I'm actually very pleased with this company. As soon as they identified there was a time problem they reacted and fixed the issue. The work itself was very professional and has resulted in a successful planning application.

Some good members of staff who were very friendly when I spoke to them on the phone unfortunately the company is run by someone like Scott Dryburgh. Rude when he visited my house and even worse when I had to phone after 12 weeks when I hadn't received my information (I had been quoted 4-6 weeks). I was told that the reason it hadn't been completed was the staff were currently working on more important projects. Well maybe my house isn't important or a big job to you but it is to me. As with one of the previous reviews I was very quick in receiving my invoice once the work was complete, seems one thing they do manage on time. Advice: Pay more and get a better service else where
