I recently purchased a car from Leven's Roseburn showroom. I was dealt with by Mr Patrick Turnbull. From start to finish the process was extremely professional, friendly and hassle free. I returned with a friend several weeks later who also made a purchase and was equally as impressed. Thoroughly recommend.
Very disappointed again with quality of service in this dealership. Paid full price for service and was again charged for items that should be covered under "7" year warranty.When I raised issue with dealer I was treated as if I was questioning their integrity rather than looking for reasoning behind charges.I have used this dealer several times and they always charge extras. I will now not be returning. Very very poor customer service.

Took my money, Management had no intention of honoring my sale, lost everything! Sold out to Garage motors who are also an equally immoral company for not honoring existing sales for 'some' clients!
